Conditions: • Position: Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020) • Status: Full-Time, Permanent position • Wage: $21.50 per hour • Working hours: 30 hours per week • Ability to do shift work (mornings, daytime, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) • Vacation: 4% gross salary • Positions Available: 1 Requirements: • Education; Completion of secondary school • Experience: 3 years or more of experience in the food service sector • Valid Serving It Right (SIR) certificate preferred • Leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Language: Proficient in English Business information • Business Name: Jang Mo Jib Korean Restaurant Metrotown • Working Location: 5075 Kingsway, Burnaby, BC V5H 2E6 Job Duties: • Supervise & Coordinate: Oversee daily floor operations and coordinate front-of-house staff activities. • Scheduling: Establish work schedules and manage staff shifts to ensure efficient service. • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of supplies (disposable goods, beverages, etc.) and place orders as needed. • Staff Training: Train new employees in customer service, POS systems, and safety/hygiene protocols. • Quality Control: Ensure high standards of food service and cleanliness; resolve customer complaints professionally. • Reporting: Provide daily operational and sales reports to the Restaurant Manager.
