Position : Heavy Duty Cleaner Wage : $20.03 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week Job duties • Clean the interior and exterior of industrial containers used in reconditioning operations, including IBC totes, steel drums, and poly drums, to prepare them for safe reuse • Operate industrial cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washers, industrial vacuum cleaners, and automated washing systems safely and efficiently. • Use appropriate detergents, degreasers, and disinfectants in accordance with work instructions and safety regulations. • Inspect containers before and after cleaning and report any damage, heavy contamination, or leakage to supervisors. • Move and reposition equipment, pallets, and supplies as needed to keep work areas clear and organized. • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste materials in accordance with facility environmental handling procedures. • Follow company safety and environmental procedures when cleaning areas where industrial containers and residual materials are handled. • Assist with maintaining safe access to the facility, including clearing snow and ice from walkways and outdoor storage areas during winter months when required.
