Duties: Preparing patients for treatments as directed by health care professionals. Setting up treatment room or preparing equipment for use. Maintaining medical equipment and cleaning and wiping it between uses. Filling out paperwork and updating patient files. Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and communicating with patients about appropriate documents. May need to manage front desk and answering clients’ questions.
