Cuisine specialties - East Indian Employer details: Jessy's Pizza Hatchet Lake Job details Location: 2287 Prospect Road suite 02, Brookside, NS- B3T 1S9 Salary: $ 18 hourly / 30 to 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Starts as soon as possible 1 vacancy Requirements: Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a cook in East Indian Cuisine. Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Determine the size of food portions and costs Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances Inspect kitchens and food service areas Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food Order supplies and equipment Supervise kitchen staff and helpers Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment Clean kitchen and work areas Manage kitchen operations Experience and specialization Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Attention to detail Fast-paced environment Repetitive tasks Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Personal suitability Dependability Excellent oral communication Flexibility Initiative Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Time management Benefits Health benefits Health care plan Who can apply for this job?
