Golf Program Leader (Indoor Golf)

Job title : Golf Program Leader (Indoor Golf) Wage: $20 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week Duties : 1. Demonstrate indoor golf techniques, swing mechanics, and related fitness exercises to individuals and groups 2. Supervise and support participants during indoor golf practice sessions and recreational programs 3. Plan, schedule, and coordinate indoor golf lessons, training sessions, and activities 4. Organize, manage, and oversee indoor golf leagues, tournaments, and special events 5. Monitor all indoor golf activities to ensure participant safety and provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary 6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies within the indoor facility 7. Inspect, maintain, and perform minor repairs on golf simulators, clubs, and related equipment 8. Set up and organize simulator bays, golf equipment, and training materials for sessions 9. Maintain accurate records of attendance, league standings, performance, and participant progress 10. Prepare reports related to programs, league results, participation, and overall operations Qualifications: Completion of a college program between 3 months and 1 year in recreation, sports, or an equivalent combination of training and experience A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of experience in golf-related positions Demonstrated ability in golf instruction and program leadership is required. Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
