Applicant should have completed Secondary (high) school certificate. Must be able to work at heights, noisy and dusty environment. Applicant must also have 1-2 years of related experience. Language of work will be English. Job duties involve: • Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements • Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware • Survey building locations and levels • Estimate costs and materials • Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments Youths and students are encouraged to apply.
