Carpenter

Dicoe Contracting Ltd at Unit 2 – 8287 124 St in Surrey, BC is hiring Carpenters for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be: • To read and interpret blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine specifications, • Cut, shape, assemble and join wood, operate power and hand tools, • Assemble and install framing structures, including walls, floors, and roofs. • Fit, install and trim fixtures such as doors, windows, stairs, moldings and hardware. • Inspect and repair damaged framing structures • Ensure that all work is completed according to building codes and safety regulations • Fabricate other designer structures as required by the client Requirements: • Must be able to communicate in English • Minimum education as completion of High school • Minimum experience of 1 year as carpenter is required Terms: • 30 to 40 Hours/week • 2 days off per week • Work will be at various locations across the lower mainland.
