Food Service Supervisor

1153628 B.C. Ltd Dba Burger King at 10344 King George Blvd, Surrey, BC is hiring food service supervisors for full-time and permanent position. Duties would be to supervise and co-ordinate the activities of food service staff, ensure that the staff preparing food is following standard procedures, ensure food meet the quality standards, attend customer complaints resolve any complaints arising out of service, maintain records such as cook out temperature log books, PCO visits, repairs, sales, wastage etc. during the shift, participate in health and other franchisor inspections, train food service staff. Ensure all the equipment are in good working condition, maintain hygiene and keep the store clean as per standard. Experience of 7 months or more in food industry is required. Language Required is English. Education minimum high school is required. Must be available in evenings, weekend and graveyard shifts. Salary would be $21.00/hr.
