Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of exterior or finishing carpenters in residential, and commercial buildings; Oversee the day-to-day activities of carpenters, providing guidance, direction, and motivation. Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity Train or arrange for training of workers Ensure all work is performed in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to relevant safety regulations and procedures Order, track, and manage materials and supplies for projects, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use Requirements & terms: Education: Minimum education completion of high school is required Experience: Minimum experience of 2 or more years as a carpenter is required.
