This platform aims to enable a personalized, student-centric experience, enhancing retention, engagement, satisfaction, and results for learners. Our next-generation digital learning solutions will inspire learners with a comprehensive ecosystem of user-friendly and adaptable learning tools. The Curriculum planner - Edtech will be responsible for developing and managing product strategy, overseeing the development and rollout of product capabilities. The Curriculum planner - Edtech will also collaborate closely with customers to understand their requirements and lead cross-functional collaboration with product design and engineering teams for execution. Job Duties: - Conduct research, produce reports, and administer education policies and programs for our learning platform - Manage the product development lifecycle, including gathering and distilling feature needs into epics, features, and stories. - Evaluate and improve curriculum programs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). - Develop the structure, content, and objectives of new educational programs. - Conduct statistical analyses to determine the cost and effectiveness of education policies and programs. - Collaborate with product clients, internal stakeholders, and accrediting bodies to interpret requirements and recommend solutions for our educational content . - Provide ongoing professional development, training, and consultative services to teachers and other professionals engaged in our platform - Develop teaching materials and other resources for program delivery through our platform - Clearly communicate the product vision and specific requirements across the organization. - Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, and symposia, representing SOL Systems' thought leadership. - May supervise the work of other junior team members Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 37.5 hours of work per week Language of Work: English Wage: $40 per hour Vacation: 10 days Bonuses/Commission: Annual Performance based incentives Location(s) of Work (local area, city or town): Greater Toronto Area Contact Information: Apply with a cover letter and resume to solsystemsapplications@gmail.com Skill Requirements (includes education and work experience): - A bachelor’s degree in social science, education or business administration - 3+ years of relevant experience - Prior experience in corporate Learning Management Systems or EdTech company is preferred - Excellent communication and customer-conversation skills - Demonstrated experience developing Competency Based Curriculum - Strong Leadership skills
