Dining options include 4 permanent restaurants and full banquet facilities. Job Duties: • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who serve food and beverage products at Deerhurst resort in both banquet operations and outlets • Participate in new staff orientation, providing initial on-the-job training with ongoing follow up to ensure service standards are met • Attend monthly F& B management meetings including daily operational meetings and pre conference meeting if required • Assist managers with administrative duties regarding budget, payroll, food and beverage cost of goods reports, forecasting and purchase orders. • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality • Requisition materials and supplies, maintain records of stock • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy • Prepare production and other reports.
