Superior Pizza and video Ltd. is a well-established food restaurant serving in Merritt, BC over 25years. We provide dine-in food service with the seating capacity of up to 50 people and at the door food delivery services. We are looking to hire Kitchen helpers and dishwasher (NOC-65201). The main duties of these positions are: · Kitchen helpers and dishwasher perform some of the below mentioned duties: Take customers’ orders and receive payment for food items purchased Wash, peel, grind, store, stack and prepare vegetables, fruits and other ingredients used by the chef Wash, clean, spray and sanitize work stations, table, knifes, dough machine, coffee machine and other equipment’s and appliances Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers, replace garbage bags Help brining store supplies into the store from delivery vehicle, unpack and store supplies/groceries in refrigerators, cupboards and other storage areas Sweep, mop and sanitize the floors, and perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff. Clear and clean and sanitize tables in the dining area and arrange clean dishes and cutleries onto the serving tables Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pizza pans using dishwasher or by hand Place dishes in storage area, may dry or wipe them Employment requirements Some secondary school education is usually required · Experience: 1-2 years related experience may assist but not required On-the-job training is provided. Opportunity to move up to the cook and supervisory position is possible with further training and experience.
