Job Summary: The Residential and Commercial Installers & Services professional is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of systems and equipment in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Installation: o Install various systems and equipment, including indoor / outdoor pools, HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing, security systems, and other specialized equipment. o Follow blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer's instructions to ensure proper installation. o Test installed systems to ensure they are functioning correctly and efficiently. 2. Maintenance: o Perform routine maintenance on installed systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance. o Inspect systems to identify potential issues and perform preventive maintenance. o Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and updates. 3. Repair: o Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with systems and equipment. o Repair or replace faulty components and systems. o Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
