TEMPO GAR BAR Position: Retail Store Supervisor Wage:$22.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per Week Job duties: 1. Supervise, assign, and coordinate the daily activities of retail sales staff and cashiers. 2. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, resolve service-related issues, and address supply shortages as they arise. 3. Monitor inventory levels, organize merchandise replenishment, and ensure products are properly displayed and maintained. 4. Authorize payments, refunds, and other transactions in accordance with company policies and established procedures. 5. Assist with hiring and train new employees, and provide ongoing guidance to staff to maintain consistent operating standards. 6. Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance to ensure adequate staffing throughout operating hours. 7. Maintain store cleanliness and safety and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable health and safety requirements. 8. Prepare daily sales and personnel-related reports, reconcile cash receipts, and monitor daily retail operations.
