Offering a diverse menu of teas and specialty drinks, we cater to a broad clientele seeking both classic and innovative flavor experiences. We are looking for a Team Member to join our team to ensure all daily activities run smoothly and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with bubble tea and understand the importance of being a good team player. You should also be available to work within opening hours, including weekends and holidays. Job Responsibilities: • Assist in preparing and serving a variety of bubble tea beverages according to recipes and quality standards. • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim ingredients. • Take and accurately process customers' orders. • Package take-out beverages efficiently and neatly. • Receive and process payments from customers using the point-of-sale system. • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment. • Clean and sanitize counters, equipment, and preparation areas regularly. • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer experiences.
