Pahoa Produce Company Ltd is involved in the wholesale business at 11960 Hammersmith Way Unit 180, Richmond BC. We are looking to hire Wholesale Trade Manager for full-time and permanent positions. Duties • Plan, direct, and evaluate the overall sales strategies and operations of the wholesale division • Analyze current market trends and customer requirements to forecast demand and identify new sales opportunities; monitor competitor activities • Develop and implement effective pricing structures and credit policies in line with company goals, • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with suppliers, distributors, and clients • Source new products and negotiate procurement terms with suppliers and vendors, both locally and internationally • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance; assign duties and schedules accordingly • Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction • Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate staff performance.
