Duties: • Preparing patients for treatments as directed by health care professionals. • Setting up treatment room or preparing equipment for use. • Maintaining medical equipment and cleaning and wiping it between uses. • Filling out paperwork and updating patient files. • Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and communicating with patients • about appropriate documents. • May need to manage front desk and answering clients’ questions.
