Title: Cook Opening: 1 position (Permanent, Full-time) Wage: CAD 18.50 - CAD 21.50 per hour, at least 30 hours per week Benefit: 4% of gross pay or 10 days of paid vacation Location: 6491 John Hart Hwy, Prince George, BC V2K 3A4 Qualifications: • Completion of secondary school education • At least 2 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen Main Duties: • Prepare and cook Japanese cuisine items from the menu, including donburi, udon, teriyaki, gyoza, tempura, ramen and other authentic Japanese and Asian dishes • Follow established recipes and plating standards • Assist in planning menus and determining appropriate food portions • Monitor food inventory and assist with ordering supplies and ingredients • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and work area • Train kitchen staff • Support kitchen operations by coordinating with other kitchen staff during service How to apply: Please send your resume to hr.mrsushi@hotmail.com
